Dr. Nathan Riexinger, or "Dr. Rex" as many of his patients and team call him, is a dedicated dentist serving the Lancaster, NY area, where he grew up. He has a strong desire to give back to his hometown community. With a commitment to providing exceptional care, he is renowned for his gentle approach and his ability to create a welcoming environment that helps patients feel at ease.

Dr. Riexinger believes in the importance of lifelong learning. He actively pursues innovative courses through continuing education to ensure that he offers the latest advancements in dental care. His professional interests include cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry and aligner therapy, allowing him to deliver tailored solutions to enhance his patients’ smiles.

He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Riexinger completed his residency certificate at Erie County Medical Center. He is a proud member of several professional associations, including the New York State Dental Association (NYSDA), Eighth District Dental Association, and the American Dental Association (ADA).

Outside of his dental practice, Dr. Riexinger enjoys spending quality time in his wood shop with his father. Together, they also volunteer for an organization known as Make A Difference (M.A.D.) Rescue of WNY, helping to bring dogs from Puerto Rico to be adopted in the WNY area and find their fur-ever homes. Additionally, he cherishes moments with his wife, Laura, and their beloved dog, Willow. His passion for both his profession and personal life reflects his commitment to building strong, meaningful connections with his patients and his community.
